These terms describe the use of DoingBIZ directories, comparison tools, accounts, and enquiry services. Review them before using the platform or submitting an application.
1. Scope of the platform
DoingBIZ helps users research UAE business setup and banking options, compare available information, and submit requests for consultation. Directory content and finder results support decision-making; they do not constitute an offer from a listed provider or a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
2. Information and recommendations
Listings, fees, packages, and requirements may change. Some information may be incomplete or awaiting confirmation. Finder results depend on your selected criteria and the information available to the platform. Confirm current eligibility, inclusions, exclusions, and terms with the relevant provider before making a commitment.
3. Enquiries and applications
Submitting a form allows our team to review your request and contact you about next steps. Submission alone does not register a company, reserve a licence, obtain a visa, or open a bank account. Any further service, engagement, or payment must be confirmed separately with the relevant party.
4. Consultation and third-party costs
DoingBIZ consultation is free. This does not mean that company formation, licences, visas, banking services, premises, renewals, or other third-party services are free. Obtain and review the applicable quotation and payment terms before authorising a paid service.
5. Provider decisions and relationships
Listed providers and relevant authorities determine their own requirements and make their own approval decisions. DoingBIZ does not guarantee an approval, account opening, particular price, or completion date. A directory listing does not by itself establish an official partnership, endorsement, or agency relationship. Separate provider terms apply to services obtained from that provider.
6. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and submit documents only when you are authorised to do so. Keep account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorised access through your existing account correspondence. Do not misuse the platform, submit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or impersonate another person.
7. Professional advice and decisions
General platform information and automated recommendations do not replace legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Seek appropriately qualified advice where your circumstances require it. You remain responsible for assessing your options and confirming the terms of any arrangement you enter into.
8. Availability and external services
Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, or changes to platform features. External links lead to services operated separately from DoingBIZ. Review their terms and privacy practices before using them or providing information. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
